A small team, active Alberta sites, and quiet ambition.
Stonebit Resources was built by people who have spent their careers in field operations and industrial systems. We are a Calgary-based company with sites across Alberta, putting otherwise-wasted energy to productive use.
Good infrastructure is quiet.
The best sites we have ever visited did not announce themselves. They ran, they were clean, they had a book of work that was mostly done. Nothing about the place suggested drama. We try to build that.
We also believe the conversation about responsible energy use is not a marketing exercise. Flaring takes a fuel with BTU value and burns it for no buyer. Crypto mining, used carefully, is one of the few loads in the world that can make that waste productive. We take both sides of that sentence seriously.
Principles we will not compromise on.
Engineering first, pitch second.
Every decision starts with whether the equipment can do what we are asking of it. If the answer is no, we do not dress it up.
Compliance is part of the design.
Noise, emissions, and regulatory boundaries are considered on day one. Retrofits to fix compliance issues are the most expensive trucks we never want to send.
Operators, not spectators.
We maintain our own sites. Our principals are on call. When something goes wrong, we are the ones who pick up.
Small footprint, reversible.
Containers, skids, and matting. No concrete poured that does not need to be there. We can leave a pad looking the way we found it.
Honest about what we are.
We are an energy and operations company that happens to mine. Not a crypto company that bought a generator. The emphasis matters.
No unnecessary drama.
Communication is direct, and we prefer to show work rather than narrate it. Investors, operators, and partners can expect the same.
Alberta foothills, remote pads, and the kind of weather that tests gear.
Our operating footprint sits in the Alberta foothills and prairies, where producing wells sit alongside terrain that does not always cooperate. That is part of the engineering problem we solve, and it is part of why our spec sheet looks the way it does.
The company is headquartered in Calgary, with field operations directly supported by the principals. If you visit, you are visiting the people who run it.
Conversations, not a sales pipeline.
If any of this resonates, get in touch directly. We handle our own introductions and prefer to start with a call.
